Who it's for
Phone sales teams that record their calls and already grade some of them. It can't run without existing QA grades, because the whole point is the comparison.
What we need from you
| Access | Your call recordings |
| Grades | Your QA team's grades for up to 100 calls |
| Price | $750, fixed, paid upfront |
| Time | 2 weeks from the day we get access |
How we score
Each call gets 8 measures, scored 1 to 10: greeting, discovery, product knowledge, rapport, objection handling, closing, persistence on outbound calls, and script adherence. There is an overall score too. Every score comes with a one-sentence reason.
Scoring is tough but fair. An ordinary call is a 5 or 6.
Non-conversations are set aside, not scored: voicemails, wrong numbers, hang-ups under a minute, and phone menus. Reps aren't marked down for calls that weren't really calls.
Compliance issues are flagged separately, each with a severity: do-not-call requests, pressure tactics, missing disclosures, and promises a rep can't make.
What's in the report
Our sample report is written for a fictional company. Yours follows the same shape.
- The short version. How often we agreed with your QA team within 1 point on the overall score.
- A side-by-side table, call by call. Your QA team's grade next to our score, for every call compared.
- Where the two scorings drift apart, by measure. Which of the 8 measures the two scorings differ on most.
- Where we disagree and why. Including at least one call where your QA team was right and our AI was wrong, and what we would change.
- Compliance issues your QA team's grades didn't note.
- One call scored in full.
- A sample morning coaching email for a rep.
- Our recommendation and the fixed price for the next step.
- The limits of the report.
Sample numbers
These are from our sample report. The company is fictional, so the numbers are an illustration, not a result.
| From the sample (fictional) | |
|---|---|
| Calls given | 100 |
| Set aside as non-conversations | 7 |
| Calls compared | 93 |
| Agreed within 1 point on the overall score | 71 of 93 (76%) |
| Compliance flags QA had not noted | 6, on 5 calls |
What happens next
If you go ahead, the next step is Version 1 on one team: every call scored, a coaching email to each rep every weekday at 9:00 am ET, and same-day flags on a dashboard. Most calls are scored the same day, the rest by the next morning. There are no instant alerts.
Version 1 takes 2 weeks. The setup price is fixed and given in your Blind Match report. After that, it is $40 per rep per month with a $750 monthly minimum, starting when Version 1 goes live. Your AI running costs are billed to your own accounts, typically cents per call.
| Step | Price | Time |
|---|---|---|
| Blind Match | $750, fixed | 2 weeks |
| Version 1, one team | Fixed setup price, given in your Blind Match report | 2 weeks |
| Ongoing | $40 per rep per month, $750 monthly minimum | From the day Version 1 goes live |
The limits
- It's a snapshot, not a trend. 100 calls from one period show how we score those calls, not how your team is changing.
- It's not a guarantee of results.
- Scores match your scorecard only after we tune them in Version 1. The Blind Match shows how close we are before tuning.
- Flags are for a person to review. They aren't legal findings.
