Free AI Cost-per-Task Check

We work out what one task costs: one answered question, one scored call. We do that instead of looking at the monthly bill, because a big bill tells you little until you know what it bought. The check is free.

What you send

  • One month's bill or usage export from your AI provider.
  • A count of the tasks completed in the same month (answers given, calls scored, documents processed).

That is all. It is read-only, and we do not need access to your code.

What you get back

A short written note with three things:

  • Your cost per task, worked out from the bill.
  • Where the money goes.
  • What we would change, and what we would check before changing it.

Two examples from our own work, both from the real bill:

$2.52 for 684 AI answersin AI fees, about $0.004 each, for an AI assistant.
About 2.5¢ a callin AI fees to transcribe and score a sales call.
