Why we're doing this

Hi, I'm Vipul. Priyanka and I run Northstr. It's just the two of us.

For the past few weeks we've been doing our own outreach the slow way. We pick a small list of companies that actually fit, find the person who decides, check that their email works, and write each one a note about something real on their website. It takes hours a day, and it's easy to skip when client work is busy.

So we're offering to do it for you. We don't have client results to show yet, and we won't pretend we do. What we can show you is how we work, below, and every company and email before you use it.

What happens after you say yes

  1. A 30-minute call

    You tell us about your three best clients and the kind of work you want more of. We ask what to avoid too.

  2. We find and check

    We look for companies like your best clients. For each one we find the person who'd hire you, check they're still there, and check the email works.

  3. We write one email per company

    Short, and about something real at that company, like a new office or a job they're hiring for. We note where we found each fact.

  4. You read them first

    Change anything, drop anything. Then you send them from your own inbox, or on the monthly plan we send them from your domain.

What you'd see each week

You have no results yet. Why would I try this?

Fair question. You see every company and every email before anything is sent, so you can judge the work before it goes out under your name.

Who sends the emails?

On the first option you do, from your own inbox. On the monthly plan we send them from your domain.

Do I approve every email?

Yes. Nothing goes out until you've said yes to it.

What if a contact is wrong?

We check every contact before you get it. If one still bounces, we replace it free.

How long does it take?

Your first batch comes within 5 working days of our call.

Do you need access to my inbox?

Only on the monthly plan, so we can send and handle replies. Not on the first option.
