What's inside

  • Explain. A good answer has four parts: a short answer, the rule quoted exactly from your course material, what to watch out for, and where it comes from. When the material does not cover a question, the tutor says "I don't know" and points to a person.
  • Ask. The tutor checks understanding with practice questions drawn from your course material, explains why a wrong answer is wrong, and points back to the lesson.
  • How to prepare your material. Clear lessons, key terms, the exact rules, worked examples, and practice questions with answers.
  • Good and bad examples in neutral subjects: electrical trade, HVAC, IT certifications and workplace safety.
  • A one-page checklist to run through before launch.

Who it is for

Training companies and exam-prep providers who are thinking about an AI tutor and want to know what good looks like before they test one. It is a general method, and the examples are illustrative: swap in your own lessons, rules and pages.
